Neutron Interactive Named One of Utah’s Best Companies to Work For.

Putting employees first is the key to the Company’s success.

Neutron Interactive, a lead generation company in Salt Lake City, was named one of the Best Companies to Work For by Utah Business Magazine last week.

Inclusion in the Magazine’s annual list involved a thorough review of Neutron’s benefits package as well as surveying of all employees to determine satisfaction level. Neutron Interactive offers its employees a competitive benefits package, including:

  • 100 percent-covered health care
  • 401(k) employer-matching program
  • College tuition reimbursement
  • Free lunch daily & a stocked snack bar

Beyond the benefits, employees reported that Neutron’s culture is really what sets the Company apart. The development of this culture is mostly employee-driven and not simply directed from the top-down. Initiatives like the Neutron Kindness Program and the TRON: Legacy movie premier event were at the suggestion and direction of employees. The entire Neutron Interactive team is invested in making the Company a place that they enjoy working. Other favorite perks include:

  • Anti-cubical work environment with the latest Apple® products
  • Impromptu sporting event outings with prime box seats
  • Team-building adventures, retreats, and parties
  • Weekly in-house Yoga classes

“From the beginning, we set out to create a company where people would actually want to come to work,” stated Dan Caffee, president and CEO of Neutron Interactive. Mr. Caffee continued, “We believe in hiring smart and creative people, taking care of them, and then getting out of their way. Our people are what make Neutron successful.”

A luncheon was held at the Grand America Hotel on Thursday, December 9, 2010 to honor each of Utah Business Magazine’s 2010 Best Companies to Work For. The management team of Neutron Interactive was present to accept the award.

Brittany Call, head of culture for Neutron Interactive, said, “In addition to the amazing perks, the real satisfaction for our team comes from knowing that we work at a place where our ideas are our only limitations.” Mrs. Call adds, ”We are lucky to have two founders who stand by this principle and are also so willing to make such an important investment into our company culture.”
